Deaf Aussie Needs to Get Out ASAP in VA

I am a volunteer with a kill shelter in Virginia. We have what we believe to be a male lethal white Aussie or mix. He is a really nice dog but appears to be deaf and partially blind. We are looking for a rescue or foster home to take him. We can assist with transport and have people transporting dogs weekly to the NJ area.
