Please send a letter by snail mail or email to the judge at the address given below. Please share with others to also take action and be this dog's voice. What Humphrey has to go through is appalling and heartbreaking. The suspect is only charged with a misdemeanor and hope that with enough noise, the charge will be upgraded or at least the penalty will be severe enough.

My heart goes out to the owner and her family -- especially her daughter.
Very sad about the cruelty that goes on in this world. These animals can't defend themselves at all.
